1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery. 

2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM NZT are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 1–4 business days nationwide — $7.95 NZD per order (Free for orders over $100 NZD).

• Express Shipping: Next Day Delivery (Auckland Metro only) — $10 NZD.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak-season demand.

4. Carriers

We use NZ Post, Aramex NZ, and DHL for our deliveries. All orders include tracking, which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact Support@kiwigames.co.nz within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order details and photos if applicable.

6. Return-to-Sender / Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $29 NZD re-shipping fee will apply. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

7. Delays & Notifications

You’ll receive email updates and tracking once your order ships. If a delay occurs, we’ll contact you proactively and provide options if the estimated delivery time extends beyond 10 business days.
