1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery. 

2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM NZT are shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 1–4 working days nationwide — $7.95 NZD per order (Free for orders over $60 NZD).

• Same Day Express (Auckland only): order before 10:00 AM NZ time on a working day for same-day delivery — $11.11 NZD.

• Chatham Islands: Express Shipping 2–4 working days — $19.99 NZD per order (Free Shipping, 3–5 working days, on orders of $100 NZD or more).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak-season demand.

4. Carriers

We use Post Haste and NZ Couriers for our deliveries. All orders include tracking, which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact Support@kiwigames.co.nz within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order details and photos if applicable.

6. Return-to-Sender / Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $29 NZD re-shipping fee will apply. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

7. Delays & Notifications

You’ll receive email updates and tracking once your order ships. If a delay occurs, we’ll contact you proactively and provide options if the estimated delivery time extends beyond 10 working days.

9. Christmas Delivery

For delivery before Christmas, please place your order before 2:00 PM NZ time on these dates:

Couriers get chocka (really busy) before Christmas, so order early. After these dates we can't promise it arrives in time.
